Well, I'm back from PEI! The vacation was great, but a few parts of it kind of sucked. We were a lot further from anything visual to really go out and shoot, and the boyfriend was getting cranky from lack of beach/internet, since we weren't close to either. Things are starting to click in a weird way when it comes to photography. I've got some hints for my fellow photographer friends who aren't currently taking courses/classes in photography, and might benefit from what I'm learning the hard way. 1. Learn the ins and outs of your camera. This sounds really boring, but figure out (weather it's through trial and error, or reading the manual)

Leaving for Prince Edward today! We were able to save the money--hurrah! Leaving later this morning. We'll be spending a day in Quebec City, I cannot WAIT to get some photos there! The laptop is equipped with Lightroom, so I'll be able to edit some damn fine pictures while I'm there, and upload them straight away when I get back! I'm better equipped at photography this time around, so I'm excited to get some breathtaking shots while I'm there! WHOOP!

So it's been a while since I've written anything..about 4 months give or take. I quit Tim Hortons, I didn't like being moved around and switched without being asked. I'm only working the one retail job at the photolab now, and working on my two businesses, Caprina Designs & Photography and my newer business, Naturally Creative. I'm also hoping to go to Prince Edward Island again this August--fingers crossed. Selling some of my things to get more money for it, since it's quite the expensive trip and I've only got the one job.
